Full remodel, bringing this property up to date with an all new HVAC system, electrical, and plumbing.
We opened up the concept by removing a supporting wall and adding this massive glue lam beam, that we of course wrapped in pine and stained to match the wood slats in the main room and floating shelves we have in the kitchen and hall niche.
Happy my client was open to the dark on dark concept for the kitchen.
