We leveled the main floor to a single level, completely relocated the staircase, and gave it a clean modern kitchen.
We included wood details to warm up the space with wood front island face, 20ft wood slat as railing to the staircase, and floating wood steps.
Cohesive concrete like tile throughout as the main flooring with timeless pops of black in the interior doors and hardware finish.
Project also included a pool and basement, not photographed.
